1. You fill out my questionnaire to the best of your ability.

2. I'll read over your answers to make sure I have all the information I need. I may ask a follow-up question or two.

3. I write my draft and send it to you.

But how do you make my personal statement sounds like me?

I use your questionnaire answers and our correspondence to determine my estimation of your writing voice. It is a subtle practice that encompasses tone, punctuation, sentence structure, and word choice. Of course, I always encourage my clients to go through what I write and alter it so it sounds uniquely their own. Here's my revision policy.
